Advance Notice – Scheduled maintenance, Sunday 17th January 2021 00:00 – 08:00

As a valued Customer you are receiving this service email from Tamar Telecommunications regarding some important information that affects the services that we provide to you.  

We will be performing maintenance on our telecoms platform on the Sunday the 17th January 2021 from midnight to approximately 8am.  

Whilst we are doing all we can to mitigate any disruption to the services we offer, it is envisaged that during this window Phonedivert and our app will be unavailable for updates, our website will be unavailable and telecoms services will be at risk, with multiple outages likely. 

These changes are a continuation of our previous maintenance to upgrade our telecoms platform and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that whilst we are expecting services to be resumed by 8am this may need to be extended if required.
